• Develop 3D model in SketchUp and Render using V-Ray to ensure the creative design meets client expectations;

• Trouble shooting design options and updating design drawings to meet town planning standards;

• Preparation of design drawings for town planning and building permit purposes;

• Preparation of working drawings for construction;

• Liaison and consultation with construction specialist, drainage engineering, structural engineering and other specialist disciplines;

• Site inspection to ensure our standards were met or exceeded.
